30-day money-back guarantee

Tutor Site offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all coin purchases and Pro subscriptions made through the TutorSite platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team at support@tutorsite.app with your order details and we will assist you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges. Refunds for subscription renewals are available within 30 days of the renewal charge.

Coin purchases

Refunds on coin purchases are available within 30 days. Coins that have already been spent may not be eligible for refund; please contact support and we'll review your case on its merits.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
